We bring a fresh fusion of Faith and Psychology to deliver a revolutionary mental health experience.

Mental wellness is built at the speed of trust.

Welcome!

The Total Athlete Mental Health Program Aka Exist to Intervene II LLC was created and founded as a passion project by Clay Rojas in 2018. It was birthed by Clay’s personal battle with
addiction, PTSD and incarceration after his time in the US Marine Corps. Everything changed when Clay met Yeshua (Jesus) and accepted His gift of Love Forgiveness and Compassion. By embracing the power of vulnerability versus hiding from it, Clay made a dynamic comeback.

Clay is now a counselor walking alongside athletes with the understanding that pain is passed
down from generations. He’s helping athletes turn pain into power because what we don’t transform we transfer to our loved ones and teammates.

We provide our services with a specific focus on cultural & social barriers to seeking mental health support. We also explore generational trauma that impacts so many of our athletes. Finally, we talk about the importance of faith in Clay’s path to healing and share that with the team as a
source of inspiration.
